We are a family hotel located in Brno, in a quiet residential neighbourhood situated between the Brno exhibition grounds and the centre of the
city. Our house is located in the street Hroznová, in a part of Brno called Pisárky, near the Brno fair ground (a few minutes walking) and the center
(about 10 minutes by trolley-bus Nr. 38 or about 12 minutes by the tram Nr. 1). The lantern-parking in front of the house is free.
It is no problem to speak with us, we speak English and German. If you don´t know which sights to see, where to go shopping, how to get
anywhere, which restaurants, pubs, bars etc. to go, we will help you. We have a lot of maps, books, photos etc. about Brno and Czech Republic.
We will tell you how to go where you want to go (which tickets you need, the number of your bus, trolley-bus or tram, and so on).

We offer:
3 comfortable rooms (1 x double, 2 x tripple). The bathroom is common. The toilet is also common. One room is connected with beautiful terrace with sitting. In all rooms are TV + radio. By request DVD + fridge.You can also use the kitchen. We can serve breakfast, if you want. There are at least three types of breakfast. Continental breakfast (a slice of butter, some jam, 1 yoghurt, a cup of tea or coffee, 2 slices of bread and 2 rolls) : 50,- CZK. Warm breakfast (scrambled eggs with onion, 2 slices of bread and 2 rolls, a cup of tea or coffee) - 50,- CZK. Normal breakfast (some slices of cheese and ham, a slice of butter, some vegetable, 2 slices of bread and 2 rolls, a cup of tea or coffee) - 60,- CZK.
Prices: single room 350,- CZK / night when it is need to heat (autumn+winter): single room 400,- CZK / night
double room 700,- CZK / night double room 750,- CZK / night

How to get there:
By car: From the highway D1 (Prague-Brno). Leave the highway at the Exit 190 Brno-Západ and drive to BVV. Drive through the road tunnel and turn right.
Keep in the left lane and turn left following the signs to the hotels Holiday Inn and Voroněž. Take the short connecting road to get to Křížkovského Street,
on which you turn right and before the tramway bridge turn right and drive through Mendlovo Square to Úvoz Street. Drive up the hill and at the first traffic
lights turn left onto Tvrdého street. Drive straight on to Lipová Street (over the hill Vaňkovo náměstí) and turn right into Preslova street. At the end of the
street (at the trolley-bus Nr. 38 terminal) turn left into Kalvodova street. At the beginning of Kalvodova street turn left into no-through road Hroznová. Our

By public transportation ( www.dpmb.cz ):
By the tram Nr. 1 from The Main Station. Take the tram Nr. 1 direction Bystrc-Ečerova (the name of the last stop is displayed in the tram driver´s window).
You will need a ticket for 40 minutes. The route take about 12 minutes. Get out at the tram stop Pisárky and walk up the street Hroznová. Go into no-through
road Hroznová. Our house is the last one on the left side. For more information see the map (mapa in the menu).

By trolley-bus Nr. 38 from the center (Komenského náměstí). Take the trolley-bus Nr.38 in the square Komenského náměstí (between the medical faculty
and the faculty of social studies). The name of the last stop (terminal) is Masarykova čtvrť, Preslova (it´s displayed in the bus driver´s window). You
will need a ticket - it cost about 8,- CZK for 10 minutes and 13,- for 40 minutes. You need at least the 8,- CZK ticket. The route takes about 10 minutes, but
you can also need a ticket for your luggage. You can ask the bus driver. It is important just for big luggage. The tickets for children are cheaper (4,- or 6,-CZK).

and walk down the street Kalvodova. At the beginning of the street Kalvodova turn right into no-through road Hroznová. Our house is the last one on the left side.

By the bus Nr. 51 from the Main Bus Station. Take the bus Nr. 51 at the bus stop Zvonařka, direction Masarykova čtvrť, Barvičova (the name of the last stop is
displayed in the tram driver´s window). You will need a ticket for 40 minutes. Get out at the bus stop Hybešova. The route by bus Nr. 51 takes about 6 minutes.
Take the tram Nr. 1direction Bystrc-Ečerova. The route by tram Nr. 1 take about 10 minutes. Get out at the tram stop Pisárky and walk up the street Hroznová.

By the Bus Nr. 76 from the airport Tuřany. Take the bus Nr. 76 at the bus stop Letiště Tuřany, direction Hlavní nádraží (the name of the last stop is displayed
in the tram driver´s window). You will need a ticket for 40 minutes. The route by bus Nr. 76 takes about 22 minutes. Get out at the terminal Hlavní nádraží.
